Subscription and Payment Subscription-Based Services: If you select a subscription plan, you agree to pay the recurring fees as specified in your plan. Subscriptions are billed on a monthly basis. Payments: Payments for services are due upon enrollment or as otherwise specified. You authorize us to process payments through the payment method you provide. Refunds:Refunds are not provided for services already rendered. If you cancel your subscription within three business days of signing, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund. Initial setup, consultation, and administrative fees are non-refundable. 4. Cancellations You may cancel any subscription service at any time. To avoid the next billing cycle, cancellations must be submitted before the renewal date. If you cancel within three business days of signing up, you may receive a full or partial refund. 5. No Guarantee of Results Credit Logistic does not guarantee specific results. Credit repair outcomes depend on various factors, including the accuracy of information provided by clients and third parties. While we make reasonable efforts to help improve your credit, we cannot guarantee a particular outcome. 6. Client Obligations You agree to provide accurate, complete, and timely information to Credit Logistic. You are responsible for any action taken based on the advice or services provided by us. Failure to cooperate may impact the effectiveness of the services. 7. Privacy and Data Security Your privacy is important to us. We collect and use your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available on our website. By using our services, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your information as described in the Privacy Policy. 8.
