Refund Policy
120 DAY-MONEY BACK GUARANTEE
If Client is unsatisfied with the results and Client has been with Credit Logistic for a period of 120 days, and Client has fulfilled all of the following requirements: (a)m forwarded credit bureaus responses within 5 days of receipt, (b) did not engage in any credit repair efforts before the date of this contract, (c) has had no payment issues, (d) complied 100% with the commitments to the service, and (e) has not had any improvement to Client's credit report, Credit Logistic, will refund service fee collected at time of enrollment made to Credit Logistic, upon Client's written request. This request must be made within 14 days of receipt of the Notice of Cancellation form. Client understands that the results obtained by Credit Logistic, on behalf of Client are dependent on numerous factors, including but not limited to Client's ability to repay debts and loans, cooperation of Client's creditors, and credit bureaus ability to verify information provided to them by Credit Logistic, on behalf of Client. This guarantee is effective for 120 days from the date of enrollment and does not imply a guarantee of any specific outcome of credit. Refund policy expires at 12:01 a.m. on day 121 from date of enrollment. Refund amount shall not exceed amount of service fee collected t time of enrollment. The Client may contact customer service email at info@creditlogistic.com with Full Name and request for a refund within the 120-day period from date of enrollment. Money back guarantee is void if new inquiries are accrued from the date of enrollment and during 120-day period.
